Prayers for Gracie...

We were told today that Gracie is scheduled for her palate surgery in August. I am not sure what day, I have asked but haven't heard from anyone yet. We intially told them not to do it, but with the wait times we asked them to do what they thought was best for her. My heart is breaking , I wish I was there holding her hand and comforting her. I am sure her foster mama will be there for her but I still wish it was me.....

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, 4who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God.

2 Corinthians 1

I will pray that she will be fully comforted during this time. I know it is hard for you to not be there during this time.

This must be so hard! Praying the surgery goes well, she get's lots of hugs and kisses to make it all better, and that she recovers quickly.

I can only imagine how your heart aches to be with her; to comfort her through all this. I pray God wraps his loving arms around you and provides you with continued strength and peace.
