Tears are flowing as I start my day....what a beautiful baby girl you have been given! Thank you Jesus! And as hard as it is to hear her crying, you know that is a good thing in the long run. I am praying for her precious heart. Can't wait to see more pictures!

Every one of these videos makes me cry. We're sitting here and all 3 of my older kids watched it with me, saying "awww....poor baby" while our sweet 15 mo. baby from Shaanxi still sleeps in the next room. Blessing upon blessing to you --

Rachel is absolutely precious. I also cried watching the video. Rachel and Kerry will be in my prayers. We met our daughter in that same room 18 months ago and sat on that exact couch. It brings back lots of memories.

Rachel is so precious. I, too, cried when watching the video. Rachel and Kerry will be in my prayers as the adjustment and attachment process begins.

The video brought back memories for me since we met our daughter in that exact room 18 months ago and sat on the same couch.

CONGRATULATIONS! Brings back wonderful happy and sad tears from our hugging day. Yes, she's a XuZhou girl who loves her ayas and will soon transfer that to her daddy and then to you. Hope she has napped for them and that they all get a good night's sleep. Looking forward to following their week.

Oh Desiree..I am praying RIGHT NOW for you all.
Knowing that the tears will be replaced by peace and smiles soon...but in the meantime it can be so hard watching it from afar I'm sure. As I watched the video my mind began to think of the transformation that I know we are going to see in your beautiful Rachel. Her daddy is doing GREAT and I will step up the prayers for him to have wisdom to know how to comfort her best each moment. He seems to know just what to expect and how to handle it with grace. I know it is by GODS grace that he is in China holding his new baby girl!
She is so precious---I can't wait to see you ALL together!
Hugs,
Laine
