Lazy Weekend...
We had no plans this weekend at all. I did manage to get to Church on Sunday. It is so hard to find a new one in a new place, especially with five kids. You never want to take everyone and try a church, so I took three of the five by myself and went.(yes, I must be brave LOL) I absolutely LOVE this church. I think it will be our new home. I say think because of course Kerry has to try it out too. I am pretty sure he will like it though. The two older kids did and even Hope sat through the whole service. They seem to have a lot to offer.

Still nothing....
Hope modeling my new outfit, It is for sale!!
The girls and I have pretty much stayed close to home this week. I have been very busy sewing and Grace was a little under the weather. So, it has been nice to stay home. I had two orders to complete and am praying for a few more. If you need anything made for your little one, let me know!! There is also a new post on the private blog...

Weekend of Rain
Hope diamond, our girl couldn't understand why she didn't get to keep this. It is named after her ya know?? (good thing she didn't, with the curse and all)
These hang from the cileing and I couldn't resist a picture. Grace loves butterflies.
Just the boys and then just the girls...
Yep, it rained all weekend, that didn't stop us from getting out and exploring though. When you live close enough to drive to DC well, you just have to take an umbrella and go. We first went to Alexandria and looked around and then heaed to DC and the natural history museum. What a great place!! Even the littl eones enjoyed it. We did have to rush because we got there at 3:30 and they close at 5. About thiry minutes to five they announced the museum was closing and boy did Hope get upset. Apparently she remembers the movie "Night a*t the Museum" she thought everything would come to life and we had to rush for the doors before a major melt down ensued. We still had loads of fun even if it rained.
There isn't much to post about, I have a pretty slow week. We are praying for clarity for something and need some down time, so this is a good thing. I am hoping to get Grace's PP taken care of very soon. The agency we ended up with is so slow and never returns phone calls....very frustrating.

What I did last night....
Jake came up to me after school yesterday and very sweetly told me he had to dress up tomorrow at school and would I please make him a costume? Me, being the super nice mom that I am dropped everything and ran to the fabric store. (Can you say sewaholic?) So, we bought some white polyester, 500 rhinestones and thread. I started at 8pm and finished around midnight and this is what we got......
So, because I am exhausted beyond anything I've ever been the winner of the drawing will be announced tomorrow. And, I will have a new giveaway after that. Exciting stuff folks!!
