I will be praying that you hear something soon. We finally after 108 days got our LOA. Now we are in panic mode to come up with the rest of the money.
I know God's timing is perfect and sometimes patience is not so easy.

At our last adoption we waited 5 months, 2 weeks and 1 days before receiving our LOA .... It is very long. Hopefully this paper very soon.
